Dear Mike:
On Saturday I called you to go check out a property that I own and rent in Dana Point. The tenant’s washing machine had malfunctioned and flooded almost all of the downstairs of our condo.
Even though it was a weekend you quickly marshaled your employees loaded your van and arrived at the site within an hour.
I was impressed by the very efficient, thorough and calm manner that you began to assess the damage. The first thing you addressed was everybody’s safety. You laid down dry mats over the wet tile, asked everyone to put on shoes. Then you made sure that the electrical cords were not a danger. People, their safety and the emotional state were your primary consideration.
You then addressed the next order of priority – saving the tenant’s personal furnishing, computers, plants, etc. – as well as acting quickly to avoid water damage to the baseboards and drywall. Your crew not only moved her furniture off the wet carpet but all the way out to the garage where it would be safe in case of a sudden rainstorm.
Finally, you discussed the options with me, extracting the water and dried out the carpeting, as opposed to ripping it out and later replacing it.
Thanks you very much for the quick, clean efficient and pleasant manner that you, your crew, and the perfect equipment solved our emergency.
I would not hesitate to recommend you to the most demanding customer.

The purpose of this letter is to praise Axis Restoration Services for their professionalism and efficiency during our flood crisis this Summer. We were on vacation in Hawaii when our kitchen sink erupted and a rush of water ruined our wood flooring!
Thanks to a good neighbor and Axis the house only suffered floor damage throughout the kitchen and family room and not the living room. The dining room was professionally dried and cleaned appropriate for Berber carpeting.
Axis came to the rescue! They were very considerate to care for our home while we were away and they went the extra mile during the catastrophe. They took our area rugs out for cleaning and recommended an excellent flooring technician to replace the floor.
They also came back often to talk to our neighbor and check the status of the drying. And they even put new carpet in our garage entry as a spirit lifter!
I highly recommend Axis and their crew. Not only do they care but they love people in need!
